Root parsley Halblange – Berlińska TOR

A late variety, wintering well in the field, giving high yield, very fragrant, with white flesh without a tendency to turn brown. The root is cone shaped, elongated. The leaves are moderately high, with large blades, healthy, and can be used as green parsley. Flavour values of this variety make it usable in the industry for freezing and drying, also in catering.
