	Mizuna – Japanese mustard – green
 
		An annual, easy to cultivate plant to be grown in a field and or a balcony, in spring and autumn (it prefers colder days and moist soil). It tolerates frosts up to -5 oC. The edible part are its very decorative leaves, flowers and whole plants, mainly for sandwiches, salad mixes, and meats. The plant with a high content of vitamins and minerals. It is harvested 3 to 5 weeks after sowing.
