Beetroot Opolski
A variety distinguished by its high yield and a high share of roots of commercial quality (of 4 to 8 cm in diameter) in the overall yield. The root is cylindrical, half submerged in soil, with slightly suberised skin. The flesh is dark purple, delicate and exceptional tasty. The growing period lasts 110–115 days. This variety can be used for direct consumption, processing, and storage.
