INFORMATION CLAUSE
In accordance with Articles 13.1 and 13.2, and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR), we are providing necessary information concerning processing of your personal data by Torseed S.A.
1. The controller of your personal data is Torseed S.A. with its registered office in Torun, at Aleksandrowska 5.
2. On all issues related to personal data, please contact: rodo@torseed.pl.
3. Your data will be processed in relation to legal interest, performance of agreements, providing information and commercial offers, and performance of the Controller responsibilities under Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
4. Processing of personal data concerns the following details: names and surnames of people representing the company, company name, VAT No., REGON, address, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.
5. Our processing entities, like a legal office, debt collection agencies, and courier and transport companies may have access to your personal data for non-commercial purposes, solely and only for contract performance and goods delivery. The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to other companies for commercial purposes.
6. You are entitled to:
a) rectify your data;
b) delete your data;
c) limit processing;
d) object to processing;
e) transfer data;
f) withdraw your consent at any moment, without affecting the lawfulness of processing under the consent before its withdrawal.
7. You have a right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Office for the Protection of Personal Data) responsible for personal data protection if you decide that processing of your personal data is in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
8. Your personal data will not be processed in the automated way, including profiling. We ensure that your personal data are retained with due diligence and with their security ensured.
9. Your personal data will be processed by us for a period no longer than it is necessary to achieve objectives of processing specified above and results from regulations in force, in particular, dates specified in the Act – Tax Ordinance, and time bar periods for claims resulting from the Civil Code. When the Agreement expires, the Controller will process your personal data, if there are legal grounds for their processing, for a period resulting from legal regulations or your consent.
