Beetroot Nochowski

A high yield variety. The root is spherical or slightly flattened. The flesh is of dark cherry hue, with poorly marked rings. The juice has a very high betaine and sugar content. It is a valuable material for production of natural food colours. The variety very useful for a direct market supply, for processing and, due to a very high dry matter content, for winter storage.  The obtained root yield ranges from 55 to 60 tonnes/ha. The growing period of 100–115 days.
