	Leaf chicory Radicchio Palla Rossa 2
		A variety with very tasty and decorative leaves obtained during root forcing in January–March. After cutting leaves to the height of 3–5 cm, the roots are dug up in October/November and stored in sand at 3–4ºC. The chicory forcing is conducted at 10–20ºC for 3–5 weeks.
