	Leaf chicory Spadona
		Its edible part are white heads, growing during autumn and winter forcing of roots harvested from fields before frosts. After the harvest, cut leaves to the height of 3–5 cm, and store at 3–4ºC until forcing. The chicory forcing is conducted at 10–20ºC for 3–5 weeks.
