		A valuable vegetable with a high content of protein, carbohydrates, beta-carotene and minerals. The butternut squash is characterised by its sweet-nutty taste and suitability for long-term storage (3 to 4 months). Its nutritional and agrotechnical requirements are similar to other plants from this group.
