Hull-less squash Miranda
A variety of a subshrub type of growth, so it can be cultivated also in small gardens. The fruit weight of 3 to 4kg. The skin is light green, mosaiced, turning orange with ripening. The seeds are olive green, without hull, of high dietary and health value. This variety is designated for direct consumption or processing (oil pressing, the seeds are salted or sugared, an addition to breads or cakes). The yield per one hectare is 50 to 80 tonnes for fruit, and 400 to 600kg for seeds. The fruit flesh is tasty, can be eaten or used as animal feed.
