	Pattypan squash Disco

An early, high yield variety. The fruit is white-creamy of about 800 g. The small ones can be preserved as a whole. The flesh is crisp, white-green. The plants of a compact, bushy form are resistant to downy mildew. Young fruit, rich in vitamin C, can be preserved in brine and pickled, and older fruit can be baked. The fruit preserved in brine can replace cucumbers.
