Runner Bean Eureka

An early dwarf variety designated for dry seeds. The plants are of about 45 cm in height. The seeds are white. 1000 seeds weigh about 1000 g. Eureka is earlier by 2–4 weeks than the bean variety Piękny Jaś. It is resistant to anthracnose and tolerates blight. It is recommended for commercial and for amateur cultivation. An excellent variety for the food industry. The sowing standard is 80 thousand seeds/ha (i.e., 65–80 kg, depending on the seed drill type).
