Sugar Pea Iłówiecki TOR
A medium-early sugar snap variety (with a growing period of ca. 86 days), with a very high yield. The plants are of up to 75 cm in height. The 5–6 cm long pods do not contain the membrane, so they can be eaten fresh or be frozen. The ripe seeds are small, spherical, smooth, and yellow. The variety is characterised by its high resistance to diseases. The best yield is obtained when the plants are cultivated on a sandy-clay fertile soil rich in calcium.
