Curly Kale Kapral
A 40–60 cm high plant resistant to low temperatures (to -15ºC). Leaves intended for direct consumption (like spinach) and for decorating dishes, contain high quantities of vitamins A and C, and minerals. When they are harvested after freezing, they are more delicate and lack bitterness. Kale grows well on any soil, provided it is not too dry or waterlogged. It is a secondary crop planted after early harvested vegetables.
