Chinese cabbage Pak-Choi

 An annual plant that can be harvested already after 5 to 6 weeks of cultivation. It is cultivated as a secondary crop. The size of the rosette ranges from 0.5 to 1.5 kg of a height from 20 to 40 cm. It is cultivated from sets or sown directly. The plants are resistant to frosts of -5 °C. The edible part are white, wide fleshy leaf stems, eaten raw or cooked.
