Cabbage (white headed) Kamienna Głowa
A late variety, designated mainly for making sauerkraut and direct consumption. It can also be stored. Its heads are large, spherical or slightly flattened, compact. The inner leaves are white. The cabbage of this variety has a required sugars to acids ratio, so sauerkraut made from it is very tasty. The growing period lasts 130–160 days.
