Savoy cabbage Aubervilliers

A variety designated for a fresh market and short storage. It forms heads of a medium size of ca. 2 kg. It has crinkled leaves covered with small dark green bubble-like swellings. The Savoy cabbage contains more dry matter, nitrogen compounds and vitamin А, and has lower requirements concerning the soil and the climate than white cabbage. It is less sensitive to low temperatures and drought.
