Root parsley Alba
A medium-late variety designated for a direct supply to the market, for processing, and for long time storage. It forms roots shaped as an elongated cone, resistant to turning brown. The flesh is fragrant, white, and does not turn dark. The roots are resistant to diseases developing during storage. Alba requires sowing at the earliest possible date. On heavy soils it should preferably be cultivated on furrows.
