Leaf beet Rhubarb Chard
Its edible part are its large, fleshy leaves prepared like spinach, and broad juicy leaf stems prepared like asparagus. It is sown directly into the ground from the middle of April until the end of June. Rows spaced every 30 to 40 cm. After they emerge, the plants should be thinned, leaving a space of 7–8 cm in between, with the growth of leaves for consumption, leave plants every 20 cm. Leaves should be harvested regularly until frosts.
